Leadership
The people God has entrusted with the vision and work of The Bridging Church.
Rev. Emeka Eze
Rev. Emeka Eze is the Founder and Lead Pastor of The Bridging Church, born in 1994. Following his conversion to Christ, he became deeply convinced that the Gospel was too important to be confined within church walls — and that those who had never heard, or had been forgotten by society, deserved an opportunity to encounter Christ.
This conviction led him into missionary work across rural and underserved regions of Nigeria. Prior to founding The Bridging Church, he served extensively in communities across Northern Nigeria and in border regions connecting Enugu, Kogi, and Benue States — including towns such as Obollo Afor, Orokoam, Amalla, Enugu Ezike, Ajaokuta, and numerous other communities.
In 2022, Rev. Eze entered full-time ministry. On July 14, 2024, following a burden received while conducting evangelism near Jakande Market in Lagos, he carried a speaker beneath Jakande Bridge and held what would become the first gathering of Church Under The Bridge.
Rev. Eze is passionate about evangelism, discipleship, apologetics, theological education, prison ministry, and community restoration. He is married to Minister QueenGift Emeka-Eze, a Christian apologist, public health professional, and ministry partner. Together, they are committed to advancing the Gospel and serving vulnerable communities through The Bridging Church.
